FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most important thing for a customer to know about our pricing is that there are no surprises. We operate on a firm, upfront pricing model. Before we begin any repair work, we will provide a complete, written estimate. That means you will know the total cost before we start the job. We don't have hidden overtime charges or fees for pulling a permit, we build transparency into the quote. If we find additional issues during the repair, we will stop and call you immediately to discuss the new pricing before proceeding. You will never get a bill that is higher than the price you agreed to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new or existiner customers, we adhere to a strict four-step process to ensure clarity and quality: Pre-Arrival Communication: We call immediately when we are 'On Our Way' to provide a specific arrival window. Respectful Introduction: We arrive in uniform, introduce ourselves by name, and discuss the issue with the homeowner before starting work. Transparent Pricing: We believe in 'No Surprises.' We provide a firm price quote for the required work before any tools are lifted or repairs are made. Post-Service QA: Within 24 to 48 hours, we conduct a Quality Assurance call to ensure the system is performing correctly and the customer is satisfied with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When you choose our team, you’re getting a professional backed by a rigorous and never-ending training program. All our technicians are fully licensed through the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board (CIB). As a licensed Mechanical Contractor, we carry the insurance and bonding required to protect you. However, our commitment doesn’t stop at a license; we operate an "always-on" training culture. We complete mandatory CIB continuing education, and we undergo constant, specialized manufacturer training to master the latest high-efficiency equipment before it ever arrives at your door. This blend of state-regulated licensing, code expertise, and ongoing technical education ensures our work is safe, compliant, and of the highest quality delivered by technicians trained to treat your home with respect.
