What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates to make sure that we provide our customers with a fair and accurate price. We require a 50% deposit up front and the last 50% at job completion.
We can work with any budget as we work with various materials and can provide multiple estimates that best suits the customer's budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we measure and request information on materials desired in order to provide accurate estimates. Once an estimate is approved, we will confirm design details and move to purchase and begin preparation of materials. At this stage, we require a 50% deposit. Finally, we install!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in this industry for over 15 years and we are insured.
