- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really is on a case by case basis. Especially if you need multiple services. If it is one logo, or one video, etc, it will be a flat fee which could vary depending on how simple you want it. If it's a project like a website that could take multiple weeks, it will be on a weekly basis. If you need multiple services I might negotiate a bundle for you. I also do discounts for military, non-profit organizations, and churches.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm attending UCO for marketing. I subscribe to several online tutorials to keep up with the latest trends, and I take classes at the local community college if I want to learn about something completely new.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I volunteered at my church a few times and did some work for a couple of friends. I loved it so I decided to make it my living.
