- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very accommodating. I have weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients. I work with your budget and try to help any way I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk over the phone! Call me old fashioned, but it’s so much easier to get an idea of what someone is looking for once you’ve chatted. Then I can either meet in person to discuss details or just play it as we go and see the house during the first clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience and attention to detail.
