FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair and transparent pricing. I don’t normally offer discounts, but I do have a loyalty reward program for repeat customers after multiple services. I also offer package pricing when doing larger jobs or replacing multiple components at once, such as suspension work, brake jobs, or paired parts. Diagnostic fees may apply depending on the issue, but part of the diagnostic can go toward labor if I complete the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting as much information as possible about the issue or project so I can point the customer in the right direction. From there, I inspect or diagnose the problem, explain what I find in simple terms, and go over repair or project options with the customer before moving forward. I believe in keeping communication open throughout the entire process so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended trade school for automotive work and plan on returning in the future to continue my education. Although I did not finish due to family circumstances at the time, I’ve continued learning hands-on for over 10 years through real-world experience working on a wide variety of vehicles, repairs, and custom projects.
