- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try are best to give a price that works for us and the customer. And we are willing to work with you on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They would first contact us about a job or project needed done. We would then reach out confirming this is a job for us and in our area. Then we would schedule a time for a in person quote or if pictures sent are enough, we could quote over the phone. Once agreed on price we would schedule when we would perform the job. When we finish the job would would let customer know and make sure they are satisfied and take care of any touch ups if needed.
