I am so thankful for this company. I had a pipe bust Saturday night despite all my best efforts to prevent it because of the freeze. I was without water from Saturday night until Monday morning when I called. They had someone out to my house within two hours (at the most) despite the conditions and shirt notice. Matt came and was so helpful and patient with me. He worked with me and explained each step of the process. When Mr. Ed got there he was just as kind and patient. They spoke to my insurance with me ans well as the water mitigation specialists that came out in order to streamline the process. While the cost of everything felt expensive, I don't feel like it was out of the norm like others have said. They came out on what was an emergency call and in dangerous situations to make sure I had water. They used high grade piping and did everything they could to make sure I was okay. I really appreciate their kindness, courteousness, and their professionalism.

Had my 17 year old water heater fail on me (in December, of course). Called Edco at 3:30 PM. Lance arrived at 4:30 PM, ordered a new water heater to be delivered while he removed the old one, prepped the site, installed the new water heater, tested it, and was finished by 7:30 PM. I had nice, hot water an hour later. Outstanding service and a decent price; I am a very happy customer!
