- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on type of Resume. (Entry Level, Executive, Senior Manager) Cover letter is an additional cost as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call the customer to get to know a little more about them so I can make sure their resume fully reflect their skillset.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Educational Leadership. I've also been a Career Coach for 8 years.
