We recently hired Steed to redo our organization's website. From the very beginning, Stephen was always on point in meetings and prompt with replies. He had properly researched the company and understood the needs with very little direction. Because of his thorough preparation, he was able to make constructive suggestions from the beginning that improved the efficiency of the overall process. His contract was very clear, easy to read, and provided a well-defined roadmap to follow. Everything promised was as advertised, from graphics and logo creation to training on how to update and maintain the website. Any questions were always quickly and clearly answered, and he was able to communicate technical information effectively to someone with very little experience in this field. I would not hesitate to recommend Steed's services to anyone. As someone who contracts with a lot of outside services, I can certainly say working with Steed was the dream experience I would love to say I had with ALL contractors, but sadly can't! Highly recommended.
