What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates on system replacement. We charge a $50 service charge for repair. Everything else is a flat rate price depending on the circumstances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certificate from Tulsa Technology Center for HVACR. Ihave participated in specialized training offered by local utility providers like PSO/AEP and OG&E. On top of all this I have went to school for Photovoltaics as well as Building Performance. So we currently hold BPI certifications in home energy analysis and NABCEP certifications for Solar System installations.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to school for heating and cooling and began working in the field.
