I contracted with Lawrence Welch for a condo renovation project that included: flooring replacement, drywall repair, and door frame repairs. Tony is a great communicator, operates in a professional manner, and was quick to provide solutions (for repairs and flooring options). His work quality showed in the finish product and anything I thought required extra attention, he was either already on it or made sure to make it right! I enjoyed my interactions with Tony and would use Lawrence Welch again for future projects.
