Called him for a quote he came out and look at the yard and call back with his quote very reasonable then showed up next day cut the yard and made it look a lot better will use him again in the future

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First mow discount when you want weekly lawn service. If money is tight I will work with you as much as I can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get an idea of what they want and how they want it. Figure out a fair price and then get to work! Usually I offer a first mow discount when the costumer wants weekly lawn service.
