Ledco Construction (Jason Ledford) was requested to visit our home to discuss a project consisting of enclosing the back porch and building a covered pergola with a grilling area. Mr. Ledford listened to our ideas as well as offered a few suggestions which reflected his experience and professionalism to establish a plan and reasonable quote. Before work started at our request, he came back to our home to answer all additional questions my wife and I had. Throughout the job, Mr. Ledford was accessible and punctual on project timelines. He and his workers were courteous and accommodating throughout the project and were open to changes or minor additions. We are very happy with our new enclosed back porch, pergola, and grilling area and will use Ledco Construction again for any construction needs.

I normally can beat the competition as I try to be as fair in pricing as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, I prefer to have a phone or text conversation to get a better understanding of what the customer wants. Then a site visit is normally the next step, which then leads to preparing an accurate bid for the customer to view.
