Had my stairs redone. We wanted a particular stain for the wood and the team worked well in getting the color match. The demo of the carpet and subsequent install took about 4 days. Great quality work. There were minor setbacks but the team was responsive and help address our concerns. Will definitely work with them again!
Jason came out and gave us a quote on replacing three posts on our patio. He was always responsive to my questions and his guys did a good job and cleaned up after the work was completed. We are very happy with how it turned out!

I cannot possibly give a stronger recommendation than I do for Jason Ledford, or his company, LedCo Construction. We sought significant renovations to our home. Jason responded promptly and within 10 minutes speaking with him it was apparent that he had a command of his work and the trades. We required replacement of all of the soffits and fascia on the home. Several windows needed replacement. Two of the large windows needed to be custom fabricated. Masonry repairs. A patio epoxied and sealed. The carpentry work and the house needed to be painted. We needed a section of fence with a gate built. A sink, disposal and faucet replaced. All of this work was done with excellent craftsmanship.
Jason’s crew; Josh, Ethan, Terrel, and Brandon were professional, courteous, and personable. Their work was exemplary. They exhibited respect for the property and surroundings, and they were a pleasure to have on our property and work with. The inevitable unforeseen circumstances that are always associated with extensive work were addressed agreeably, and sorted out immediately to our satisfaction. We could not be happier. I have shared with Jason that should anyone need verification of this endorsement, he is free to share my telephone number with anyone considering using LedCo for construction work that they may require. Jason’s bid for the work was competitive, and the work was completed on time. Jason is also a Veteran. You cannot go wrong working with Jason and LedCo.

I normally can beat the competition as I try to be as fair in pricing as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, I prefer to have a phone or text conversation to get a better understanding of what the customer wants. Then a site visit is normally the next step, which then leads to preparing an accurate bid for the customer to view.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
