Although I was able to resolve the job with a neighbor, Britton called and chewed me out because he said he had to pay $45 for the lead. Nothing I could do about that as he took the lead as soon as I posted it. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - since when is it ok to chew someone out for fixing a problem themselves.
