- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give free estimates and up front pricing with no hidden fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the electrical trade since 1997. I have three years of formal education in the electrical trade. I passed my first journeyman test in 2003 my first masters in 2006. Have passed the ICC (international code congress) masters and the psi electrical contractors test as well as business law test.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a plumbers apprentice. The electricians on the jobs I was on noticed my work ethic and asked me to come to work for them when I was 19
