Energy Healing and Spiritual Counseling

My life purpose is to heal and to teach. The lessons I have learned are all about self-empowerment, and that is what I offer. It is through small and aligned actions taken daily that we create new worlds in which we can live. I want anyone I work with to leave feeling encouraged, more hopeful, and ready to reengage their life with more joy. We are all infinitely powerful, even more so when we work together. I offer three services: Holistic Life Coaching Energy Healing Spiritual Channeling Holistic Life Coaching: I have explored addictions to amphetamines, alcohol, nicotine, pornagrophy, marijuana, hurting myself, and melancholy. It is from recognizing and healing those patterns that I have found joy in my life. Those experiences taught me the power of self-love, discipline, and aligned action. I hope to help you in those same ways. Universal Energy Healing Reiki: While exploring self-healing, I discovered reiki. It is one of the most powerful healing modes we have. Our world operates mentally and energetically before it happens physically. Therefore, healing a mental or energetic pattern first, we heal physical ones like drug addiction or disease. The beauty of Reiki is that you heal yourself. As a practitioner, I help facilitate the movement of your energy to heal you. Channeling: In session, I will connect with your spirit guides and allow them to speak through me. They can offer messages of peace, direction, catharsis, and more. They have helped you throughout your life and are a part of you. They are beings of pure love and remind us of our power and connection with the Universe. Clarity follows when we connect with our spiritual helpers. Random facts about me: I have been to 45 of the 50 United States; I enjoy cooking, dancing, and writing poetry; and I can speak in Spanish.
