- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly Services: $75 an hour for design/development services. Discounts offered at 10 or more hours ($65 an hour). Custom Design/Development: 1. Base Custom Responsive Design / Development - $1,550
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the sale process is complete and we have discussed your initial needs. We will provide a proposal with a scope of work outlining the details of the project, timelines, and any additional hourly services. Once the proposal is accepted, we will provide a "start up" questionnaire outlining some general questions over site design and direction. The client will fill out this document to the best of his/her ability and return it to us. Once we have reviewed the start up list, a "kick-off" call will be scheduled. This call is to discuss the "start-up" list with the client and go over ideas for the initial design. The project will move into design phase with 2 revisions. Once the design is approved, the project will move into development which is typically provided with 2 revisions as well. A final review call will be schedule and the client will be provided the opportunity to sign off all items.

I have a degree in programming (AAIT) from the University of Phoenix. I also subscribe to many newsletters, blogs, industry related magazines, and belong to several online learning institutions (such as Treehouse) in an effort to keep current with the ever changing environment of web development.
