- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no pricing system. Each situation is unique and so is the negotiation process. We strive to offer quality services for a fair and equitable fee, that can be mutually acceptable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we constantly take courses both locally and online to keep abreast of changes and to be more efficient.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been buying and selling things for years and made some really good money at it. I even managed a Pawn shop where I was the lead Broker and substantially raised their bottom line. I always was involved with auctions and the local Auctioneers even working for them many of those years. It was an easy sell when my wife asked why I had not become an Auctioneer. That being said I went to the best Auction school there was to begin training. It was the third best decision of my life after my wife and my children.
