We hired Prince Mason for my son's graduation dinner. He served brisket sliced and chopped, sausage, and chicken smoked and roasted. The sides were mac and cheese, greens, and beans. He gave us the bread was given complimentary. P.J. showed up on time and his service was excellent. He provided more than enough food for the price that was charged. He is very professional when setting up the contract and conducting business. I would use him again. Our guestsUbuntu die enjoy his food. The only complaint we got was the greens were salty. Some said they were fine others thought they were salty. No other complaints were made. The guests took his cards causes they wanted his information.
