I had three appointments with contractors to obtain bids for this job. One showed but never submitted a quote. Another gave me a verbal ballpark quote. Colton was punctual, communicative, submitted a formal written bid in a timely manner, adjusted and re-adjusted the estimate based on the client's changing requests, was very patient with my barrage of questions, courteous and professional. We had weather conditions and major tree root issues working against us but he and his crew did what was necessary to complete the job in a timely manner without comprising quality or workmanship. The final product was a new, beautiful driveway, walkway, and front porch. I will definitely call on them again next time we need concrete work done.

I liked working with Colton. He was very responsive with messages as to when he would be here, what to expect, etc. The job was done very well and I am pleased with how it looks. I feel a lot safer on my driveway now. I think it will last a long time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 3% fee for all credit card transactions through PayPal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to arrange a time convenient for the client to review the scope of work and the client's overall wants/needs for the project. I like to offer options from that I feel work best that focus on those wants/needs. I am usually able to email over a proposal within a couple days for review. If accepted, I schedule a time that works best and give a schedule of when the job ideally would be complete. Once the job is complete, I make sure the client is happy before final payment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father had done this type of work for 20 plus years. He taught me everything there is to know. Now, I have done this for 10 plus years.
