Scott was great. The job was to replace the existing ceiling fan in a house we recently purchased with a new fan I bought. Apparently the people who originally installed the fan didn't do such a great job. 2 of the 3 screws were stripped out and the large main screw holding the mount to the base was broken. We were lucky it never fell out of the ceiling. Scott was able to get the old fan removed nearly and installed the new one. He left the work area neat and removed all the trash and the old fan. He communicated great, let me know when he was on his way and even let me know early in the day that he might be late (he was right on time). He was friendly and nice to work with. I'll definitely hire him when I get the other light fixtures figured out.

Scott replaced window blinds throughout our house. His quote was very reasonable, and he communicated with us very well during planning and scheduling. On installation day, Scott did a stellar job of installation. He discovered issues with fit on a few windows and went above and beyond to modify the blinds to fit. He cleaned his work areas and even hauled the old blinds away for disposal. I would certainly recommend Scott for work of this type.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may not have the lowest pricing around but I strive to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project is different. Some are simple same day fixes and others can take weeks or more of planning. For bigger projects I like to meet with the customer to get an idea of what they want if they don't know for sure we can go through the options and get it figured out. The more info I have the better I can figure an estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing make readies and clean outs for landlords and single home owners for 20 years.
