What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices exclude local sales tax and I offer a 10% discount for military and a 20% discount for returning clients. All sessions must pay a $50 deposit which goes towards their package balance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All prospective clients will receive pricing info, a link to a booking form, and we'll brainstorm together the perfect location for session via email, phone, or at an in person consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed under a wedding and portrait studio for 2 years and have been running a successful wedding and portrait business myself for 16 years.
