Introduction: I like to Remove the risk from your side of the transaction whenever I can. Before I get started on a project, I create a backup of your website and any other important data so we can reset to the beginning if anything unexpected happens. If you and I complete a project and you are not happy with the result. just let me know within 30 days of payment and I'll gladly return anything you've paid me, with no fuss. Except in the case of Pay Per Click Advertising Where you are responsible for the ad-spend, that's between you and google or facebook In a case where I might recommend reputation marketing services that I offer, I will gladly Run the campaign for you for the first month for 1 dollar. and if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the results. We'll part ways, you can keep all the good customer reviews for your business and end the arrangement and you pay nothing more. If I am working for you and I interact with any third parties, I will be very professional, I will act as if your business were my own and I will protect it from harm and look out for its best interest. For cases where you may have a secret project and you would like to ensure confidentiality, I have a standard nondisclosure agreement. I will make the link available to you in another section June 3rd, 1985, I discovered computers for the first time. I was a boy at the time and my Father brought home a Commodore 64 computer. I enjoyed video games in the arcade, but this was different because it had a modem. Brandishing a computer with a modem, I could reach out into the world and find other computers. Back then I had been totally captivated by the movie War Games which introduced me to the concept of exploring computer networks. I was a 300 Baud Demon riding the midnight live trying to connect to every computer I could get a phone number for. That was back when there were BBS's (Computer Bulletin Board Systems) and the World Wide Web was nothing but an itch in Sir Tim Berners-Lee's idea box. You could trade video games with guys all over the country and hold conversations on electronic message boards. (I know that's nothing special now.. but back then it was like magic and I couldn't get enough of it) I discovered programming in Basic, and Turbo Pascal and C. And...... Its a long story from then to here. Where I now enjoy more than anything, helping small business owners like you, use the power of the internet to find new perspective customers, nurture relationships with those prospects through automated systems, and convert them into buying customers. I've spent the last 20 years in the IT field learning about Business Information Systems And the last 10 years working with small business owners to grow their web presence and get their businesses online and connect with their customers. People ask me what I do for work. and that's pretty much what I tell them. Then they ask me what do you do for fun? I say, "Is there a difference?"
