- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to help solve your appliance troubles! We charge a standard Diagnostic Fee, a one-time Trip Charge (if applicable), and any parts (if needed), and Additional Labor (if it is a unusually difficult/lengthy repair, but this not very common). If parts must be ordered the Diagnostic Fee, Trip Charge, and Part Cost must be paid upon completion of initial visit/diagnosis. A labor fee will be charged once we return and complete the part installation, and testing of appliance to ensure unit is fully functional. We are happy to offer a discount if diagnosing more than one appliance in your home!

We have served many local business, families, and individuals owning appliances ranging from custom-ordered high end luxury machines to a simple appliance that was a good deal found on the scratch-n-dent aisle.
