- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We calculate price by the time probable to do the job. We have the experience and attentiveness to know what the job requires and price it accurately and fairly for Blackstone Services and our clients. We also offer hourly pricing for convenience and the benefit of pay as you go for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with cordial communication and general information gathering. My quotes usually include a median price range for labor and material and links to our social media sites to add context to the relationship. Once a general interest is developed we seek to meet the customer and develop an accurate perspective of the customers needs and develop our pricing for those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company employs three professionals with 75 years combined experience. Ray has 45 years experience including residential new construction, remodel, concrete pools and foundations, commercial metal stud framing and drywall, journeyman plumber and more. Joe has 16 years experience in painting, residential and commercial carpentry and much more. Stephen has 16 years experience, eight in residential remodel and construction and eight in commercial construction and construction management.
