- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard rate for service calls and a 5% discount for seniors and active military. I have a slightly higher rate for drain cleaning to cover operating costs of equipment used for drain cleaning. I also give free estimates by phone or person as circumstances warrant
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i discuss what plumbing issue they are having with the customer, tho they usually know in a general way, set a time with them and discuss price with them based on what they are telling me. I also give free estimates and walk thrus if requested and then a set price. I never never charge more than the estimate i give
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i possess some computer skills and social media as well . customers are able to text or email pictures if available and I can get a very good idea of what they have.
