I love meeting new people. My biggest joy is also my greatest heartache. That is, meeting a client who had a previous contractor start a project but leave unfinished. We love to show our clients there truly are honest reputable contractors out there. We never get a deposit or down payment for a project. This is one way we gain the trust of a new client.

I hired Darrell (Watermark) to remodel our family room. The walls were the original dark paneling with dark wood trim. Darrell & crew textured & painted over the paneling. The room was lovely but within days the walls started to crack. Darrell quickly discovered that the paneling had not been fastened properly originally. Long story short, Darrell & crew came back, pulled down the paneling & started the job all over again. Darrell would not accept any additional compensation for all the extra work. Darrell's communication skills are excellent. He has a really awesome sense of color. At the end of each work day the crew always told me what they would be doing the following day. They were very easy to have in my home. Totally reliable. Darrell will soon be starting on a kitchen remodel for me.

Not only did Watermark do an excellent job of texturing and painting my sister's bedroom, they repainted the attached bathroom because the previous painter did a sub par job. Darrell could not stand how bad it was, so he repainted the bathroom for free!! The work ethic of Watermark is second to none. Would highly recommend this company to family and friends. In fact I did which is why he got the job of painting my sister's bedroom. Thanks Darrell and crew for a job well done!!

Talk about quality work as well as owner, employees. Which are all hard to come by in today's world. No corners cut, always precise in making sure the job is done, Right, the first time! And if any errors occur, Watermark is faithful is guaranteeing their work, it'll be fixed. It's rare to find a company that maintains incredible integrity, which, as we all know, starts at the top. Couldn't be more pleased with the job(s), above and beyond!

When I got ready to update my kitchen I called Darrell because one of my friends used him. I was extremely pleased with his work! Everyone who sees my kitchen tells me how beautiful it looks. I highly recommend Darrell!
