- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Especially during an unprecedented pandemic small businesses are suffering and so is the customer. We may not negotiate to the lowest price in town but we will help meet your budget and give you the best quality experience available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with them about what they want to change about their current home, what they are wanting painted, and their price budget. Next step would be explain the prep process and what paint we are using.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree from a Texas A&M university in business administration. Years experience as a buyer, customer service, and sales industries. Off and on painting on the side for years.
