- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Priced for 30 minute increments: 30 min./$40.00, 60 min/$70.00, 90 min/ $100.00, 2hr/$125.00. First time clients get a $10.00 off on 1 hr or longer massages. We also have gift certificates, discounts and special packages around holidays. Our stone massages require an extra 15 min and disinfection of the stones used and cost $30.00 more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Most new clients I can get in within a day or two of calling. All new clients must complete paper work ( like going to a new doctor). This is important so I know what you are expecting and what you need or if there are any health concerns that I need to make adjustments for. After I find out about them I show them the room and how things work and how I think I will conduct the service. I give them options they can accept or decline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?BSN at University of Washington Also Jenks Community Education Massage Program 2007. Completed level 1 NAT certification for Frozen Shoulder Syndrome..
