My pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work, timeline, and level of support needed. Some projects are billed hourly, while others are quoted as a flat rate. I’m always happy to provide a clear estimate upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding what you need help with and what a successful outcome looks like. From there, I’ll confirm scope, timeline, and pricing before getting started. I communicate clearly throughout the project and check in as needed to make sure everything stays on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is in sociology but my background comes from hands-on experience supporting individuals and small businesses with administrative work, organization, documentation, budgeting, and digital tools. I’ve worked extensively with spreadsheets, documents, websites, and systems that support day-to-day business operations.
