- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As part of our process we meet with every customer to prepare a written proposal and a set price prior to beginning a project. Unless the scope of your project changes the price never does! For us, it is all about giving you the peace of mind and making your painting project an extraordinary experience!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a franchise owner of CertaPro affords us an opportunity to participate in over a hundred hours of ongoing training each year!! In addition to our annual training, we have over 30 people at headquarters staying on top of the latest trends and best practices in the industry!
