Custom home design and the permitting process can be very overwhelming, however I take the difficulty out of the start of the project with my 18 years of design & construction experience. Mark Van Every: My ADU & JADU Hero! As an owner-builder embarking on constructing an ADU and JADU, I wouldn't have navigated the process successfully without the incredible support of Mark. Throughout the project, he proved to be an invaluable resource in multiple ways: Construction Savvy: His knowledge of the construction process was exceptional. He didn't just design, he understood the practical implications of his decisions, saving me time and money by anticipating potential challenges and suggesting clever solutions. Permitting Prowess: Dealing with permits in Merced, CA, notoriously one of the toughest in California, could have been a nightmare.
