- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be determined upon completion of an initial overview of your books.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start with an initial consultation where I will look over your books and see what the extent of the cleanup will be. Once I have determined a fair price and timeframe, I will write up an estimate for the work. If you decide to proceed with the work, we will then sign a contract that outlines my expectations as well as the services I will provide you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a financial accounting certificate and Quickbooks certification. I also have 5 years of experience in small business accounting.
