These guys are like commando warriors, you make a phone call, Sir Sir!, I think Charlie has breached the wire, Base to Alpha 1 you copy? Alpha 1 go ahead, we need air support on 141st. Alpha 1 we copy and are inbound. Choppers hover overhead and Alpha 1 drops down and execute mission. Alpha 1 to base you copy? Base go ahead Alpha 1, Charlie has been Neutralized and 141st reports an all clear signal. Alpha 1 over and headed back to base.This is how it is every time we Need Lieber, one call and they send their best guys to get us fixed. They were very punctual, and professional, Michael understood what was needed and got right to work. I had a small leak later and Michael came back and fixed it at no charge. Price was very fair.

I am a little disappointed with this company. First, they charge $100 to go look at the problem, and they don't put that toward the cost of the work you hire them to do. That is a scam if you ask me. You could become rich just sending people all over the city and have them do NO work at all, and that company would make $100 an hour for doing absolutely nothing. To put it in perspective, if you did that for 8 hours a day, for only 5 days a week, that would equal $208,000 a year! And that's only for 1 person!! If they did this with just 5 guys, that would make them a MILLION dollar a year company to do absolutely NO WORK!!! Secondly, two days after they did the work, I had to send another HVAC guy to my building because, yep, you guessed it, the AC quit working again, just 2 days after this company "fixed" my AC. Go with another company, one that stands behind their work and doesn't charge $208,000 a year before they do any work whatsoever.

Hi Fathom, I'm sorry to hear you were not pleased with our service. We are upfront about the service fee to diagnose repairs, this is pretty standard in our industry, and it was communicated during scheduling. This is separate from our repair pricing to keep the prices of individual repairs lower & so it is clear to the customer what each charge is for. We do have guarantees & warranties on all of our repair work. Unfortunately, sometimes issues do pop-up again, but we stand behind our work and make it right. We did not hear about the follow-up issue until this review came in and after reaching out to you, you declined to have us come out again.
