What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer early planning discounts as well as military and corporate rates. We are set up to serve tax except customers and this is our pleasure to provide these services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to the planner personally because there are many options for our customers. We are more than willing to work with customers and figure out the best plan for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The managers are ServSafe certified and have taken food handling classes to make sure you are provided the best product available. All employees are trained in hospitality,customer service and stress management. This allows us to provide the best service to our guest at all times.
