House cleaning

No pro profiles to select, no quotes to chase. Here's how it works:

• Share your project details and see your final price upfront: Tell us about your project details to instantly see your price. What you see is what you'll pay for the job you described.
• Choose a time that works for you: Pick the date and time you want the pro to show up.
• Get matched with a top-rated pro: We'll match you with a top-rated pro that meets specific requirements, including passing a background check for account owners.

Read more about jobs with set prices in our Help Center article.

Pros are only eligible for jobs with a set price if they meet these requirements:

• Account owner has passed a background check
• Maintain a 4.5 review rating or higher
• Have at least three reviews from Thumbtack customers

That means the pros you see for these jobs are among our top-rated.

The project details you share when booking are what sets the price and what your pro uses to prepare for the job. If the actual job turns out to be different than described, the pro may ask for more to cover the difference.

You can change your booking anytime up until 24 hours before your job starts. After that, rescheduling isn't available — you can only cancel and book a new job instead. A cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 24 hours of your job's start time.
