Our pricing is straightforward: $125 per hour for installations, plus the cost of materials with a standard markup. For larger or more complex projects, we provide a free, full project estimate, including time and materials, so you know exactly what to expect. We’re flexible and work closely with our clients to ensure their specific needs are met while staying within budget. If you have unique requirements or a set budget, we’re happy to discuss options that work for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we follow a straightforward and collaborative process: Initial Consultation: We start by discussing your needs, preferences, and project scope to ensure we understand your goals. Detailed Proposal: For larger or more complex projects, we provide a full project estimate, including time and materials, and offer a "not-to-exceed" limit if requested. Approval & Scheduling: Once the proposal is approved, we work with you to determine a schedule that minimizes disruption to your operations while also allowing us to efficiently complete the work. Installation: Our team handles the installation efficiently and professionally, ensuring everything meets your expectations. Follow-Up: We’re always available for questions or adjustments post-installation to ensure you’re fully satisfied. Our goal is to make the process seamless and ensure you get the results you need, tailored to your specific requirements. Our work comes with a standard 1 year warranty.
