- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We practice the principles of classical training. We believe that learning to ride is a process of skill acquisition. Every student needs to build a strong foundation in the basics if they wish to progress through proficiency to mastery. We develop a tailored plan for each student. When preparing lessons, we introduce new skills sequentially, explaining the theory behind them. The students don’t progress until they have practiced and gained unconscious competency. Our classical equitation foundation allows riders to branch into an array of disciplines depending on where their interests lie, whether it be Dressage, Show Jumping, Eventing or Hunt Seat Equitation.
