Dr. Wines is incredibly thoughtful and caring when it comes to care. He takes the time to find and think of exercises and movements that really help get to the root cause of an issue. He creates a calm relaxing environment which is all the better when dealing with an injury and trying to heal. I appreciate the vast resources and tips for at home care that have proven to be effective not just at healing, but also for continuous improvement. These will forever remain in my training repertoire!

I injured my back and worked with Matt while I was recovering, very professional and kind while also helping me recover and come back stronger than ever before! I still use the exercises he taught me to this day and have shown them to friends and family because of how helpful they were for me.

I am an "ageing athlete" (55yo) who worked extensively with Matt to help with recovery from core and hip muscle weakness following a pair of abdominal surgeries, as well as normal issues associated with ageing knees.
Matt is super knowledgeable about human anatomy and was always able to accurately assess what was going on with my body and to work with me in terms of massage and physical therapy exercises to get me back to doing the activities I love to the best of my ability.
For example, I recently had a random back tightness issue that cropped up, and in 10 minutes he was not only able to identify the issue, but also to get it to "release" through a bit of manual massage that relieved the discomfort I was experiencing. In this and other issues that he assessed for me, he was also always careful to approach injuries with caution to avoid discomfort or added pain.
Matt is extremely personable and easy to communicate with, and listens well to patient feedback about what is or is not working or feeling comfortable as one works through an injury. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a PT assessment, massage to help with injuries/recovery, or to learn about stretches and exercises you can do to build up strength and flexibility.

Even though we couldn't meet in person, Dr. Matthew was very supportive. He followed up on my back pain and offered helpful advice. Thank you!

When seeking a lifestyle change for the better, I knew a personal trainer would be beneficial. I was referred to Matt through an online search and I Couldn't be happier. When first beginning, we met up and discussed my goals and what I wanted to get out of it. He was very understanding, knowledgable, and non-judgemental. Matt came prepared with a workout routine that specifically fit my needs. He was also able to train me in the comfort of my own home (optional) while also getting me into an actual gym from time to time. Each time we met, he had all the workout materials (ball, elastic band, weights, etc) there and ready to waste no time. Matt was always flexible in finding a time we cold meet up in order to reach my goals. After having personal training sessions for a few months, I lost some lbs, some inches off my measurements and felt so much more confident in my own skin, as well as more confident with my exercise knowledge. If I didn't have to move last spring, I'd still be seeing Matt for personal training and I HIGHLY recommend him!!
