We hired Riafox to create an operations management program with an integrated native app for ios and android mobile devices. The project allows us to capture field services in real time with images and post them for our client to review. They were very responsive to our needs and working to ensure the project met our requirements. Riafox had great suggestions for portions of the system we had not fully designed and was very helpful in pointing out how to make the user experience more friendly and intuitive. We did have a hard time translating how we do business in a way that was clear to the development team. They did a great job in asking questions about our operations to try and build how we needed it. Ultimately, that is the biggest challenge in any build.
