- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First consultation complimentary (1/2 hour) Hourly wage $120/hour Project fess are priced on a per project basis depending on the desired mobile app project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First. Phone call or email for a download of the project objectives, and goals. An overview of the features and functionality desired for the mobile tech product/service. Second. Research by Riafox on high level development for the custom app. Third. 1/2 hour complimentary consultation to review the product and discuss development overview. Fourth. A project proposal is provided with details from the consultation for development, design, team, cost & timeline. Mock-ups are typically provided. Fifth. Development commences following an agile process. This develops products in a collaborative environment where product features are developed in iterations with input along the way.
