Kelli has provided us with pet sitting, unpacking and organizing services. We were able to meet up in advance and I provided her with very minimal direction. It's like she knew exactly what I wanted before I even knew it myself. When we came back after being away for 5 days, Kelli had transformed our unorganized house into a home. Kelli went above and beyond in taking care of our pups - walking them, bathing them and just loving them which made being away much less difficult. If you are looking for someone who will assist you in a very professional and friendly way, Kelli is perfect. Whatever she does she does impeccably! Kelli's rates are very reasonable and the value she brings makes it worth every penny!

Kelli Lassen is the most incredible organizer, pet sitter and creative person I've ever had the luxury of working with in Ashland. Kelli is a dream come true!!! She an organizing genius with ninja quick skills and a huge heart. I hired her to help me with a move and it was such an amazing experience that I hired her to help me organize my new place, then hired her to help me organize my office, then hired her to help me with an event! Kelli is super non-judgemental and is her happiest when your space is organized and sparkling...seriously, I was shocked how she could enjoy something that I loathe so much. It makes the process actually FUN! :) I have never met anyone like her, and I make sure to schedule a session with Kelli every time she's in my area. She brings a calm to the chaos that is worth every penny and much more!

Kelli is a total and complete rockstar at cleaning, organizing and packing. She works hard and fast and doesn't waste any time. She has a gift for organizing and will find ways to use space very efficiently. If you need your place cleaned, organized or packed up, she can take care of most of it without needing to bother you with a million questions, she just goes to work and knows how to do a great job. On top of all of that, she is super personable and a great presence to have around. I'm so glad I found her.... she made my move so much more doable, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not work hourly. I give estimates on a job by job basis. Organizing: tbd Cleaning: tbd Packing/Unpacking/Moving -tbd Wardrobe Consulting tbd Admin: tbd Petsitting: $50 night Massage: $75 for 1 hr massage OTHER: Im often hired to organize while I house/pet sit, and they come home to their new organized life! I do pet sitting from Southern Oregon to San Francisco Bay Area, and I am willing to travel anywhere in the world as long as my transportation is covered, in addition to my $50 per day rate (up to 2 pets). I offer reasonable rates beyond two pets. I have stellar long-term PETSITTING references.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complimentary phone consultation describing to me what the problem areas are. I am non judgemental, I simply dive in and get to work. I work fast, and clients get way beyond what they ever imagined possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a problem solver. Always have been. I am completely self directed, I am like a machine when I'm working- like a horse with blinders on. In the zone. I am spacially oriented and self taught. You're either born with it, or you hire me.
