- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $65, this includes some organizing supplies such as unlimited trash bags, clear bags for clothing donations and up to 4 medium size boxes for donations per visit. This also includes one carload full of donations dropped of at Goodwill. If you prefer other donation locations or consignment drop off, additional fee may apply. All on-site work is booked with 3-hour minimums in Portland metro area and a 4-hour minimum in all surrounding areas including a 10-min snack break. Long distance traveling will be charged by Standard mileage rate of 54.5c/mile after 20 miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please call for a free 30-min phone consultation at 503 -875-9615! During the call, we can assess your needs and make sure that it is a good fit. Therese will ask some questions about your project, and answer any questions you have about the way she and her team works. If you decide to move forward, we will schedule our first organizing session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Therese is a proud Member of NAPO, the National Association of Professional Organizers, and adheres to the NAPO code of ethics. She has earned the NAPO Specialist Residential Organizing Certificate as well as the NAPO Specialist Workplace Productivity Certificate. In addition, she is always taking online classes offered by NAPO to keep my knowledge up to date and expanding at all times! Her employees adhere to the same code of ethics and training standards.
