One Speed was able to come out same-day and remove a clog in the dryer vent caused by a wad of face masks that had gone through the dryer. Great service! Will definitely use them again.

The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable on his craft and when a problem was discovered he offered his professional opinion on how to fix it and have more efficient distribution of heat/cold . Also, pictures were provided of before and after the cleaning.

We scheduled air vent and 20 ft long dryer vent cleaning, and crawlspace and attic inspection.David and Chaz were our techs, they were both courteous, friendly, and professional.David took pictures of both attic and crawlspace and warned us of impending black mold...yuck and dangerous!!!Chaz did our vents and had lots of recommendations, such as Aria vents, which catch debris and things that can fall down in there. Our cats tend to bat things around and get lost forever in the floor registers.There was absolutely no pressure to buy extra services, no upselling at all!Thanks for a stress-free experience.We will schedule them for future maintenance and potential repairs for sure.
