The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable on his craft and when a problem was discovered he offered his professional opinion on how to fix it and have more efficient distribution of heat/cold . Also, pictures were provided of before and after the cleaning.

One Speed was able to come out same-day and remove a clog in the dryer vent caused by a wad of face masks that had gone through the dryer. Great service! Will definitely use them again.
