Jim Thomason showed up 90 minutes early, diagnosed my electrical problem easily, repaired it on the spot & was out the door lickity split. Roth Home responded to my call almost immediately the afternoon before & got me scheduled for the very next morning. What great service all around!

The folks at Roth are true professionals and decent people. I was having some work done on my house, and one of the breakers tripped, and I lost power to multiple outlets. When I tried to flip the breaker switch, I heard a sizzling or buzzing sound coming from inside the panel. I called Roth Home, and they sent a technician out the next morning. Cheyenne was wonderful. She diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain it in a way I could understand. She also answered my questions without using scare tactics or suggesting unnecessary repairs.

Jim Thomason made an electrical repair service call to our house today. We were impressed by his skills, patience and his accommodating to take care of our requirements. Our pro Riley was excellent in helping correct some electrical wiring behind our light fixtures in two bathrooms! Roth home however did not provide full transparency in pricing, especially the baseline electrical pricing. However, Riley was able to negotiate on our behalf to get the price lowered, albeit not what was originally quoted on the phone but he did his best . Only reason for 4 stars

I had such a great experience with this team! We moved into a house where the former residence hadn't cleaned the duct work regularly and it was a mess. The team was so helpful, informative and professional. We will definitely be setting up a recurring contract with them.
