Glow N Grow was created from a deep passion for helping others and bringing light back into their lives. With years of customer service experience, Heather Mammen built a team of everyday people who care about making a real difference. We have recently branched out to southwest Idaho and northeastern Oregon and are excited to offer our services!
We specialize in organization, packing and unpacking, decluttering, hoard removal, and garage/basement/attic cleanouts. We also provide cleaning for private homes, offices, construction clean up, and Airbnbs.
Every project starts with a personal, consultative approach so we can understand your unique goals, needs, and budget. Our mission is to spread kindness and light, and to “Love Like Elaina,” Heather's daughter and co-founder whose spirit continues to guide Glow N Grow after her tragic death in 2022.

We had a wonderful experience with Glow and Grow during our move out of Cincinnati. Packing up an entire home while working full time felt like trying to juggle fire—something was bound to drop—but their team stepped in at exactly the right moment.
They handled everything with care, attention to detail, and a level of organization that made a huge difference for us. Every item was thoughtfully packed, and you could tell they respected not just our belongings, but the fact that this was our home.
What meant the most was the relief they brought. Instead of scrambling late into the night trying to box everything up, we were able to breathe a little, stay focused on work, and trust that things were being done right.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company offers first time client, Veterans, & Frontline worker discounts. We don’t have hidden fees. We give our estimates in writing & discuss cost before we start a project. Some projects we do require a deposit, which is discussed as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a consulting company. Which means we want to meet you where you are at. We want your vision & dreams to come full circle. We are here to help you accomplish this. We try to ask lots of questions & work with your individual needs. We offer virtual, evening, in person, & weekend appointments to work with your schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years. One thing that stands out to me is that no matter what profession, treating others like family shows them respect and also that you are respectable. Building a trusting relationship is key.
