At Better Coatings, every quote is fully customized to your space, concrete condition, and coating type — no generic pricing here. We provide free on-site estimates to ensure accurate measurements and recommendations.
Our residential floor coatings typically start around $7–$8 per sq. ft., with volume discounts for larger areas.
We occasionally offer seasonal specials and referral credits, and we never charge hidden fees. Deposits are applied directly toward your total balance, and all pricing includes materials, labor, prep, and cleanup.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and built around great communication:
1. Initial Call or Online Inquiry – It starts with a quick phone call or message where we learn more about your project, surface type, and goals. From there, we’ll schedule a convenient time for your free on-site estimate.
2. Free Estimate (On-Site or Virtual) – We visit your home or business to inspect your concrete, discuss color and finish options, and provide a firm quote—either in person or over the phone if preferred.
3. Scheduling & Deposit – Once you approve your quote and submit your 50% deposit, we lock in your installation date and confirm all prep details.
4. Installation Day – Our crew arrives between 8–9 AM and completes most projects in one day using our high-performance, fast-curing polyaspartic coating system.
5. Aftercare & Warranty – We provide cleaning and maintenance instructions, and issue your written limited lifetime warranty for complete peace of mind.

Our technicians are factory-trained and certified in polyaspartic, epoxy, and urethane polymer concrete systems.
