Introduction: I personally design and install every septic system and I am on site from beginning to end. I have two licenses; a DEQ septic license and a CCB general contractors license. I also have a degree in Business from the University of San Francisco, having graduated number 1 in my class of 1000's. I've designed one-of -a-kind systems approved by the DEQ that other installers can now use. Visit my web site, LevelOnTheLevel.com, for pictures and reviews. CCB# 189688, DEQ# 38877 Plumbing #PB2771 Bob Why pick Level on the level? 1. 70% of my work for a season/year is from past customers or word of mouth referral. I do not use business cards. 2. 30% of the people I work for invite me back for a barbecue or dinner. 3. I am on the job from start to finish, I come to meet you for a free estimate and if you choose me, I am the only person you will deal with. The buck stops with me. 4. All the inspectors know me and like to come onto my work sites. Septic, electric, plumbing, building inspector, {wood decks}. 4.5. 24-hour water test for new tank replacement. I am usually on site when the inspector shows up for the 24-hour water test. The 24-hour test means the customer cannot use the bathroom, sinks, etc. I schedule my inspections based on the county inspection schedule to minimize customer down time. 5. I deal with the owners of the companies that I get my materials from. Except rock, the quarry owners are a little hard to get a hold of. Our concrete tanks are delivered by the owner of the company and he looks forward to seeing me on the job site. 6. I have gotten a $1,000.00 tip and a $3,000.00 tip. But the best tip is when I get a call from a new customer who was referred to me by a past customer. 7. Not much I have not seen. But I am not afraid to say, "I do not know the answer to your question and will have to go look up what I can find out about your situation. 8. Most important is that I am not right for everyone. If you are not interested in old world craftsmanship, if you are offended by long hair and a full beard, best you find another company as there are many, but not 1 quite like mine. Bob

These guys were great! They came out for a consult and gave us some great information. They were easy to talk to and appeared to have our best interest at heart. We will definitely call them when we are ready to install our new septic!

Enjoyed meeting Bob and John. Very helpful. Unfortunately the job was not in their scope. Certainly appreciate their letting me know up front and providing me with advice on how to fix the issue with my septic system.

There are lots of contractors.....but if you want a job done right, we would use Dinino Bros. They have completed four projects for us. 1) Excavating 2) Moved a small building 3) Completely re-fenced our place with cross fencing and 14 gates 4) Designed and installed a new French drain. If they say they're going to do something, they do it. They show up on time and work long hours in all kinds of weather. The Dinino Bros pick up after themselves, leaving no messes for you to pick up. We know how some contractors are because of dealing with those kind before finding these two honest hard working souls.

A couple of good ol' boys. Level on the level is a family owned and operated business run by two brothers. John and Bob go the extra mile to make you feel like you're in good hands. You really get the sense that they are going to give you the best results and value for your money. They specialize in septic installs and both are personally on the job from beginning to end. I can't recommend these guys enough!

The bottom portion on our private road was looking washed up and washed out. Through the years, no matter how much more gravel was added and graded, after a heavy rainfall it would all washout again. A neighbor of mine had some work done on her property and it seemed to look like a pretty good job. I asked her who did the work, she told me Bob DiNino. I gave him a call and he came out the next morning and checked it out. He came back the next day with a proposal and explained to me what he was going to do to fix the problem once and for all. When the job was finished the road looked great, but would it hold up?. Several weeks later, after a few snow storms followed by some heavy rain over the next couple of days and the road still looks the same way. It still looks great! I think Bob DiNino did fix my problem with the road once and for all.
