FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We have very low overhead and all our work is in house when possible. We take checks, cash too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When possible, we like to meet with the customer at the job site or home, and proceed from there. This first meeting is always free of charge. In the past, we have worked with celebrities who prefer to do business over the phone and internet, which is fine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the necessary classes and schools to get my ccb license and my septic license. Number 1 in my business graduating class from USF. Our folks owned 12 properties in the San Fernando Valley back in the 1960's and as a family we would restore, rent, and maintain the properties as they needed them. I had a paint brush in my hand at 5 years old and a hammer at 8. We just progressed from there.
