Dmitry from Conrad helped us with the AC cooling issue. Initially the fuse had tripped causing fan issues, but he went in and also found out the voltage regulator was about to die, which would have damaged the compressor. He helped provide detailed plan for regular maintenance along with parts replacement as part of the job and replaced faulty parts to resolve issue at hand. Definitely recommend Conrad for HVAC issues

They came out for an emergency service and fixed the issue quickly. The price wasnt the cheapest, but considering the emergency visit and the work done, it felt fair and honest. They were professional, explained the problem clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. I appreciate the fast response.

Among the 6 different HVAC companies I contacted to have a heat pump installation done, Conrad was the only one to:-Answer the phone (or call me back)-Help me determine what the best system for my house was-Promptly respond to questionsand last but not least...-Gave me a reasonable price without trying to sell me their entire inventory on a single quoteNot only did they do all of the items above, but they were able to schedule and complete the installation in less than a week. They were even able to save me $2,000 off of the final bill with a qualifying energy rebate!If you're looking for a reliable HVAC company that won't try to oversell you (by a difference of tens of thousands), I'd recommend Conrad.
