Dmitry from Conrad helped us with the AC cooling issue. Initially the fuse had tripped causing fan issues, but he went in and also found out the voltage regulator was about to die, which would have damaged the compressor. He helped provide detailed plan for regular maintenance along with parts replacement as part of the job and replaced faulty parts to resolve issue at hand. Definitely recommend Conrad for HVAC issues

Amazing service and very reasonable pricing, clear communication! No hassle from my side at all. The team handled replacement of gas 50 gallons water heater from start to finish. Dmitry personally came to make sure everything was done right. They even upgraded us to a larger 75 gallons water heater and gave us an extra discount. Highly recommend!
